Shelby Jones-Stewart, M.S., LPC

Shelby is a compassionate therapist who specializes in complex PTSD, gender identity, grief, and queer issues. She also has extensive experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, family conflict, and the impact of trauma. Drawing from approaches such as ACT, EMDR, DBT, and trauma-focused therapy, she helps teens and adults in South Carolina develop coping skills, process difficult experiences, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
